The class is affordable for all incomes and accessible for participants of all ages and abilities.
Our friendly instructor Marie will motivate you to build confidence, physical strength, balance, bone density and health benefits.

TAI CHI
Do you need to relax, clear your mind and improve your balance?
Tai Chi exercise is for you!
This class is for women and men who enjoy low impact exercise.
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that helps you to relax, activate the muscles and joints in the body, sharpens the mind and strengthens the body without stress.
The class consists of warm-up exercise, meditation, Qigong, Yang Shi Tai Chi Fan -18 and the Beijing International Form – 24
Beginners always welcome

YOGA
These classes are accessible, practical & enjoyable for all ages and levels of fitness.
Practices are taught in a gentle, mindful & systematic manner to stretch, release, strengthen, harmonize and ease both body and mind. This includes yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques.
Dharma Daws has extensive international yoga & meditation experience having practiced for 28 years and taught for 20.
He is committed to health wellbeing and mindfulness for all.
There are limited places of only 14.
Prepayment is required in advance to secure a place.
