Port Melbourne Neighbourhood Centre will be holding its biggest event of the year, the Port Melbourne Community Carnival – Make Your Mark, on 3rd March 2018, 12-4pm.

Free attractions on the day include art workshops, live music, Hip Hop, Hula Hooping, face painting, balloons, jumping castle, animal nursery and much more. The Dig In Community Garden will host a low cost and gourmet sausage sizzle.
